Nevada Legal Services Clinics provide the following:
   •Assistance is provided to complete forms
   •Attorney present at most clinics
   •Referral and placement services are available
   •Notary available
Lawyer in the Library provides the following:
   •Participants speak individually with a volunteer attorney for free.
   •Those present at 4:30PM draw a number to determine their place in line by lottery. After the lottery, it is first come, first served.
   •Limited to 10 participants ONLY.

Obtaining Divorce Information
In order to obtain a certified copy of a Decree of Divorce,
you must submit a written request to the following:

75 Court Street
Reno, NV 89501

Your request should include the following:

1. What you are requesting (i.e. Certified copy of Decree of Divorce)
2. The names of the parties involved in the divorce case
3. The case number if known
4. The approximate date/year of the divorce
5. A self-addressed stamped envelope

The fee is $6.00 and must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check
made payable to Second Judicial District Court.

Personal checks are not accepted.
If you are responding to a jury questionnaire you will need to have the following information:
