Obtaining Divorce Information
In order to obtain a certified copy of a Decree of Divorce,
you must submit a written request to the following:

Your request should include the following:
1. What you are requesting (i.e. Certified copy of Decree of Divorce)
2. The names of the parties involved in the divorce case
3. The case number if known
4. The approximate date/year of the divorce
5. A self-addressed stamped envelope
The fee is $6.00 and must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check
made payable to Second Judicial District Court.
Personal checks are not accepted.
