Mission Statement

Pretrial Services operates from a basic presumption for pretrial release of defendants according to constitutional principals and judicial eligibility requirements. Pretrial Services is committed to improving community safety and reducing risk of flight through supervision of defendants.
“The presumption that an accused is innocent until proven guilty is fundamental to due process.
